El Umiti Prize (премия «El Umiti»)
A leadership prize that ends in a funded camp and money to start something with. Winners take a compulsory course in enterprise and media skills first, so it is a programme rather than a certificate.

- Nothing on the site prices entry, so we have not called it free. What it says about money runs the other way: the camp costs the selected nothing, and each winner gets one million tenge toward their own project.
